We stand by the quality of our pieces at Royal Jewelry Wholesale, but if you’re not satisfied for any reason, here's our return policy.

Time Frame for Returns

No returns will be accepted after 15 days of the invoice date. For special circumstances, our Returns Manager will assign a Royal Authorization (R.A.) number to facilitate the process.

Condition of Returned Items

All items must be in their original, unaltered condition with the Royal Jewelry Wholesale price tag intact. No signs of alteration, usage, sizing, or engraving will be acceptable. Failure to meet these conditions will void all return or exchange opportunities.

Warranty & Repairs

Royal Jewelry Wholesale is not responsible for diamonds that have fallen out of mountings due to sizing or everyday use. However, repairs can be arranged for a nominal charge.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All Overstock, closeout, and discontinued items are final sale.
  • All Special Order items and any diamond ring Re-Sizing will not be refunded or exchanged and all warranties will be void.

Return Authorization

A Royal Authorization (R.A.) number must be assigned before sending any returns or exchanges. To obtain this number, contact our Returns Manager. Any merchandise sent to us without an R.A. number WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. An R.A. number does not automatically grant approval for a return or exchange; the merchandise will be evaluated upon receipt.

Fees and Charges

  • There will be a $35 USD returned check fee for all returned checks, money orders, and cashier checks.
  • All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our Returns Manager to obtain a Royal Authorization (R.A.) number.
  2. Package all items securely in their original packaging and include the price tags.
  3. Clearly write the R.A. number on the outside of the box.
  4. For insurance and security reasons, do not include words like "jewelry," "gold," "silver," "diamonds," or anything indicating the nature of the contents on the shipping label or box. If your business name includes these terms, use initials or omit them from the label.

Final Notes

  • Bulk and seasonal order returns/exchanges are subject to internal review.
  • If you would like to charge the shipping fees to your own shipping account, please ensure we have your account details on file.
